Bliss Tranquility

Bliss Tranquility provides a variety of services and activities as;

Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences and Concerts which aim to boost and improve wellbeing and enhance everyday living of it’s members/clients/participants/the public.

Sessions, Classes, Courses, Events, Experiences & Concerts:

All Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are offered to enhance everyday living and aim to bring members/clients/participants a chance to explore and learn more about the Bliss Tranquility chosen content, including but not limited to; Yoga, Breath-Work, Energy-Work, Soundbaths, Music, Dance, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Activities, etc.
All Bliss Tranquility services and activities are offered for adult members/clients/participants aged over 18yrs.
Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants agree to all Bliss Tranquility Full Terms & Conditions and Policies.
Bliss Tranquility membership and/or client/participant bookings are non-transferrable.
Bliss Tranquility/the Founder use best endeavours to ensure members/clients/participants progress and enjoy the benefits of yoga, breath-work, meditation, etc., and all other content/activities provided, however this cannot be guaranteed and in particular genuine careful practice and positive engagement with Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or facilitator(s)/associate(s) as advised by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder to all members/clients/participants is a prerequisite of success in any learning, self-development, study or growth in all wellbeing activities.
Bliss Tranquility/the Founder does not claim the ability to or offer to give members/clients/participants who take part in/attend Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts their own ability to ‘cure’ any health condition, health problem or long-term illness in themselves or others.
All members/clients/participants agree to engage positively with Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or associates, during all Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/ In addition members/clients/participants agree to follow other guidance from Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or associates regarding terms and conditions, policies, etc., i.e. the Bliss Tranquility Health & Safety Policy, during all Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
Bliss Tranquility/the Founder accepts no responsibility for personal wellbeing, health, medical conditions, etc., nor liability for damages to members/clients/participants and/or damages/losses to their personal belongings, items, property, etc., before/during/ after Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/
Bliss Tranquility will sometimes provide Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts for young people by request and where there is demand for members/clients/participants aged 18yrs and under. All members/clients/participants aged under 18yrs and their parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to all Bliss Tranquility Full Terms & Conditions and Policies, in particular adhering to all additional relevant policies including the Bliss Tranquility Safeguarding Policy. All parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to assume all risks for their child before/during/after Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/
Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are offered in-person at the Bliss Tranquility venue, online, or can be arranged for education venues, organisations, etc., with an additional travel fee for the facilitator/associate.
Late arrival of a member/client/participant to any ‘in-person’/‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/ Concerts may not guarantee full access to the Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert time in busy periods.
By completing a Membership Registration, a Booking Form, making a purchase for and/or by taking part/participating in any ‘in-person’/‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert or by taking part/participating via any other form of services/activities provided by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or associates, including but not limited to Internet streaming services, Internet downloads, online meetings, apps, podcasts internet video channels, digital television, radio, DVDs, CDs, and/or any other services/activities etc., of any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, any person(s)/accompanying person(s) taking part/participating including but not limited to members/clients/participants, agree to assume all risks and confirm/certify that they are in good health and/or have consulted a Doctor/GP/Hospital Consultant/Specialist regarding any health conditions or concerns before attending/taking part/participating.
All members/clients/participants of Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Event/Experiences/Concerts are required to complete a Membership Registration/e-Booking/Booking Form and/or a Health Questionnaire for activities including but not limited to Yoga, Breath-Work, Energy-Work, Soundbaths, Music, Dance, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Activities, etc., in line with safe practice, for Public Liability Insurance and to meet requirements of regulatory bodies that the Bliss Tranquility Founder is a member of i.e. The British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance, The Healing Trust, etc. There are areas on the BWY Health Questionnaire to ‘opt-out’ of sharing personal information, however this may affect member/client/participant experience and prevent safety modifications being offered, please ask for more details and/or sight of the BWY Health Questionnaire. Some activities will not require a Health Questionnaire to be completed, i.e. attending a Bliss Tranquility Concert.
Bliss Tranquility has Full Public Liability Insurance.

Original Content:

All ‘Original Content’ created by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder, including but not limited to ‘Original Content’ provided by Bliss Tranquility for; ‘in-person’/‘online’ Sessions/Classes/Courses/Event/Experiences/Concerts, , and/or ideas, teachings, techniques, resources, music, audio/visual recordings, training, books, etc., is owned by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and protected by copyright law. Any Third Party’s ‘Original Content’ will be made known by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and will be protected by it’s own creator’s copyright.
Any member/client/participant , that attend any ‘in-person’/‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Event/Experiences/ Concerts, etc., agrees not to copy, teach, emulate, replicate, reproduce, record, film, photograph, share, upload to the Internet or Social Media, broadcast with, perform with or circulate Bliss Tranquility ‘Original Content’ to anyone or use any of Bliss Tranquility/the Founder’s, ‘Original Content’ ideas, techniques or resources provided in any way by themselves as their own creation, content or teachings at any other workshop, in rehearsals, lessons, sessions, classes, courses, performances, concerts or at any other event, etc., either in-person, online, via Social Media or Internet, TV, Radio or in any other capacity being supplied to other groups or individuals.
All Bliss Tranquility ‘Original Content’ including but not limited to; content for any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/ Event/Experiences/Concerts and/or resources, e-books, music, books, all merchandise, etc., is provided for personal use only.

Fees:

Fees for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are paid in advance of attendance to secure a place/a booking.
Details of all current fees for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts will be made available on the Bliss Tranquility website, flyers, leaflets etc., or with booking enquiries.
Fees for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are paid by debit/credit card or bank transfer as either a single payment for a session, class, course, event, experience, concert, etc., or in accordance with the ‘multi-pass’ payment option for the purchase of multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
A single payment for the purchase of a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is either paid in advance of the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to secure a place/the booking i.e. where spaces may be limited, for a retreat, etc., or is paid on arrival/on the day before attending/before the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert takes place.
A ‘multi-pass’ payment for the purchase of multiple passes for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/ Concerts is paid in advance and gives members/clients/participants access to attend all the relevant Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts included within that ‘multi-pass’ and it’s given period, i.e. a ‘multi-pass’ period may run for 31 Days.
All ‘passes’ included within a purchased Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts ‘multi-pass’, are available to use until the given period of the ‘multi-pass’ expires.
All Bliss Tranquility ‘multi-pass’ purchases end on the specified expiry date, the ‘multi-pass’ given period/expiry date will not be extended and no ‘passes’ for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts purchased using a ‘multi-pass’ will be carried over after the ‘multi-pass’ expiry date.
All direct invoices to clients (for group bookings, corporate, business, etc.,) and/or to 1:1 individual members/clients/participants for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are due for payment upon presentation unless prior arrangement and may be paid by debit/credit card or by online bank transfer. A late payment fee of £15 may be incurred after 14 days.
All Bliss Tranquility Fees will be reviewed annually and advance notice of any changes will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given for any single payment and/or ‘multi-pass’ purchases for any missed and/or unattended Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
All single payment purchases for a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given before the date when the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is due to take place/begin. Bliss Tranquility will either arrange for a credit to the full value of the cancelled single payment purchase to be applied/transferred to a future specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert equal to the value of/like-for-like of the original purchase or for a refund of 75% of the original single payment purchase to the member/client/participant, as a 25% administration cancellation fee will be applied by Bliss Tranquility. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert taking place/beginning will be charged in full.
All ‘multi-pass’ purchases that have been made in advance for multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/ Experiences/Concerts are subject 72-hour cancellation policy for the whole ‘multi-pass’. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given before the date that the first individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert within the ‘multi-pass’ is due to take place/begin. Bliss Tranquility will either arrange for a credit equal to the full value of the cancelled ‘multi-pass’ to be applied to/transferred to a future ‘multi-pass’ of Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts equal to the value of/like-for-like of the original purchase or for a refund of 75% of the original ‘multi-pass’ purchase to the member/client/participant, as a 25% administration cancellation fee will be applied by Bliss Tranquility. Cancellations of whole ‘multi-passes’ made within 72 hours of the first individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert within the given period of that ‘multi-pass’ being due to take place/begin will be charged in full.
Any individual ‘passes’ within a ‘multi-pass’ i.e. any one of multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/ Concerts are all subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given before the date/time that any individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is due to take place/begin within the given period of the ‘multi-pass’. Bliss Tranquility may arrange for a credit to the value of the cancelled individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/ Event/Experience/Concert to be applied/transferred to a future Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert. Cancellations of individual ‘passes’ within a ‘multi-pass’ given period, made within 24 hours of any individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert taking place/beginning will be charged in full.
All ‘multi-pass’ purchases for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are often offered at reduced fees for members/clients/participants therefore refunds/partial refunds of any kind cannot be given for cancellations of individual ‘passes’ within any ‘multi-pass’ given periods.
All Bliss Tranquility ‘multi-pass’ expiry dates must be observed. Variations of ‘multi-pass’ units and given periods to point of expiration are available to purchase including, four passes, eight passes, etc., and the ‘multi-pass’ payment option is offered for ‘value for money’ and to ensure flexibility for members/clients/participants.
Repeat, multiple cancellations of individual ‘passes’ within any given period of a purchased ‘multi-pass’ and/or repeatedly requesting to transfer ‘credit’ of a ‘pass’ and/or ‘passes’ to future dates thereby taking a ‘multi-pass’ beyond the end of it’s given period, i.e. repeatedly buying ‘multi-passes’ at reduced rates and making regular cancellations thereby extending the ‘multi-pass’ given period beyond the expiry date, may result in failure to receive a credit being applied and the value of a ‘pass’ being transferred to a future Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert.

Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity:

Bliss Tranquility will sometimes photograph, film or make audio recordings of Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts for publicity, advertising or other usage on the Bliss Tranquility website and/or Social Media channels and other media.
All Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants, , can choose to give ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’ to Bliss Tranquility allowing them to be included in any Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, etc., that are photographed/filmed/recorded by Bliss Tranquility.
Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants, etc., are under no obligation to give ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’ or to agree to being included in Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts , that will be photographed/filmed/recorded and can choose to ‘Opt-Out’ of ‘Photography, Filming, Recording & Publicity Consent’.
Bliss Tranquility does not permit any audience members to record audio, take video footage, film or photograph live performances, concerts and events, etc., in the interest of protecting Bliss Tranquility, it’s members, clients and participants for the prevention of unauthorised usage of any ‘Original Content’ within recordings i.e. being uploaded via the Internet, which would potentially breach copyright law.

Recordings, Copyright Law:

Any members/clients/participants attending any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts may not record audio, record video footage/film, and/or take photos, with any device, camera, mobile phone, etc., of the Bliss Tranquility performances, presentations, teaching, ‘Original Content’ etc., to use in ways including but not limited to; keeping for personal use, to edit, remix, re-produce, copy, share, upload to the internet and/or social media accounts, and/or to re-sell any part or whole of the Bliss Tranquility performances, presentations, teaching, ‘Original Content’ etc., without prior written consent from Bliss Tranquility/the Founder.
Where an agreement between the Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and the member/client/participant is in place with permission for the member/client/participant to record audio and/or visual content of any part of a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/ Experience/Concert it will be detailed within the ‘Booking Confirmation’ Agreement with a breakdown of additional fees, permitted uses, etc., for this recorded content regarding UK Copyright Law.
Should a member/client/participant request to live-stream from their venue any part of a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/ Event/Experience/Concert including but not limited to a performance, presentation, teaching, ‘Original Content’, etc., by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder then a written agreement/arrangement made between the client/participant and Bliss Tranquility/the Founder will be detailed within the ‘Booking Confirmation’ for either an additional Bliss Tranquility/the Founder fee and/or an additional percentage share of ticket sales for the live-stream.

Privacy Policy:

Bliss Tranquility is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of visitors to this website, to our members/those who register for membership and to our clients.
Data protection is taken very seriously at Bliss Tranquility and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data is collected from you, is provided by you and how Bliss Tranquility will process it.

Information Provided By You:

This will be the information gathered when you complete a form for membership on the website, www.blisstranquility.com make a booking and/or when you correspond directly with Bliss Tranquility via phone, email, text or other means.
When joining as member, making bookings or buying merchandise other information like a postal address may be required.

How The Information Provided Will Be Used:

This information will only be used to administer and provide Bliss Tranquility services i.e. information, updates and details of your membership and/or client booking(s).
At times Bliss Tranquility may contact members/clients and/or past members/clients regarding offers and discounts and to notify of important changes and updates to services.
All reasonable technical and administrative precautions are taken to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of all personal information.
All personal data is held and used, once it is collected or provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the subsequent legislation the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
Bliss Tranquility will not share your personal information with any third party expect under the following exceptional circumstances:

If required by law to share your data.
We have your explicit consent to pass data to a named third party.

Payments:

Bliss Tranquility does not store, hold or keep any financial information about Bliss Tranquility members and/or clients on the website, or on computers, hard drives, etc.
Third party providers i.e. Stripe carry out all financial transactions including payments for membership/client bookings for Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts and/or merchandise. At the checkout you will leave the Bliss Tranquility website and your transaction will take place on the Stripe website. Where appropriate you will receive an invoice to make an online banking transfer to Bliss Tranquility, or you may be invited to use the ‘SumUp’ card reader.

Your Rights:

At any time you may instruct Bliss Tranquility to provide you with a copy of any personal data/information held.
At any time you may instruct Bliss Tranquility to correct or delete your information.
At any time you can request to be removed from any marketing emails or newsletters.
When data processing is based on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time via email.
If you feel your privacy rights have been infringed you may at any time complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Feedback, Resolving Issues:

To share positive feedback regarding Bliss Tranquility membership, the website, etc., please email so there is potential to offer more of what Bliss Tranquility does best.
Should a member/client/participant experience with Bliss Tranquility not meet expectation or provide 100% satisfaction, if there are any issues to highlight or a member/client/participant feels some things could be improved upon, please contact Bliss Tranquility in writing via email.
All positive feedback and/or any other issues should be sent to info@blisstranquility.com and the ‘Subject Box’ should read either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’. All emails will receive a response.
For matters of complaint that need investigation a reference number will be issued and an initial 14-day period will provide opportunity to follow a Complaints Procedure. All members/clients/participants will be kept informed at all times during the handling of their complaint.
Bliss Tranquility values all types of feedback and is committed to resolving any issues swiftly, fairly, and efficiently.

Force Majeure, Miscellaneous Provisions:

Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or associates shall not be liable to perform their obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm hurricane or other natural disaster), war, terrorist activities, death, illness or other incapacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, accident, civil commotion, order of Government or Local Authority in the matter or changes in law.
Should Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or associates not provide Bliss Tranquility services including but not limited to; a Session/ Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert,e. with content of yoga, music, dance, meditation, mindfulness and/or energy and wellbeing, due to personal illness or bereavement, notice will be given and a replacement or re-scheduled Session/Class/Course/ Event/Experience/Concert will be offered.
On some occasions due to Bliss Tranquility scheduling, personal illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances a replacement facilitator(s) may be required/provided by Bliss Tranquility/the Founder, at their discretion to allow a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to take place with least disruption to members/clients/participants and to avoid cancellation of services. A replacement facilitator(s) will be a known associate of Bliss Tranquility/the Founder.
Where a replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) is required/provided Bliss Tranquility/the Founder reserves the right to engage a replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) who may wish to carry out their own health checks both at the recommendation of Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and as per the facilitator(s)/associate(s) own health/safety policy and in line with requirements of their own public liability insurers. The replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) may therefore require that the members/clients/participants of the Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert complete another/their own Health Questionnaire to ensure the highest standard of service and safety

Bliss Tranquility Interactions:

All Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants agree to behave in manner that is courteous, polite and with respect to all other members/clients/participants, to Bliss Tranquility/the Founder and/or their associates.
Bliss Tranquility/the Founder strives to create a welcoming, friendly, supportive, professional, positive ethos and environment, and therefore rejects verbally or physically abusive interactions, reserves the right to exclude, to refuse entry with no refund, to immediately bring to an end and/or request any negative disruptive individuals to leave any Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/ Course/Event/Experience/Concert. However it is hoped that this will never be necessary.
Bliss Tranquility and all associates are DBS checked

When registering for membership or making a booking you agree to all Bliss Tranquility Terms & Conditions.

Bliss Tranquility reserves the right to revise and update the above Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes.
