Bliss Tranquility provides a variety of services as;

Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences and Concerts which aim to boost and improve wellbeing and enhance everyday living of it’s members/clients/participants/the public.

Sessions, Classes, Courses, Events, Experiences & Concerts:

All Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are offered to enhance everyday living and aim to bring members/clients/participants a chance to explore and learn more about the Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts chosen subject and content, including but not limited to Yoga, Breath-Work, Energy-Work, Soundbaths, Music, Dance, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Activities, etc.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder does not claim the ability to or offer to give members/clients/participants who take part in/attend Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts their own ability to ‘cure’ any health condition, health problem or long-term illness in themselves or others.
All Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts adhere to the Code of Practice of all regulatory bodies that the creator/founder is a member of.
Any person(s)/accompanying person(s) taking part/participating in any activity including but not limited to any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts provided by Bliss Tranquility/their associates, does so at his/her/their own risk. All members/clients/participants agree to assume all risk involved including but not limited to, responsibility for their own welfare, wellbeing, medical conditions, health issues, and/or for any loss and/or damage to their personal belongings and/or property including but not limited to any stolen property, for any cost, claim, for any personal injury to themselves or others, damage or liability sustained before/when attending/during/after taking part/participating in any Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder accepts no responsibility or liability for personal welfare, wellbeing, health, medical conditions/health issues, etc., of any person(s)/accompanying person(s), and/or members/clients/participants, before/when attending/during/after any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person(s)/accompanying person(s), and/or members/clients/participants, personal belongings/personal property, etc., before/when attending/during/after any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
By completing a Membership Registration, a Booking Form, making a purchase for and/or by taking part/participating in any ‘in-person’ and/or ‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert or by taking part/participating via any other form of service provided by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and/or associates, including but not limited to Internet streaming services, Internet downloads, online meetings, apps, podcasts internet video channels, digital television, radio, DVDs, CDs, and/or any other services, etc., of any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, any person(s)/accompanying person(s) taking part/participating including but not limited to members/clients/participants, agree to assume all risks and confirm/certify that they are in good health and/or have consulted a Doctor/GP/Hospital Consultant/Specialist regarding any health conditions or concerns before taking part/participating.
All ‘in-person’ and ‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are offered for members/clients/participants who are aged 18yrs or older. However members/clients/participants under 18yrs may on occasion be booked to attend suitable ‘in-person’/’online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts after discussion, written application and only at the discretion of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and only if accompanied by their adult parent/guardian at all times and agrees to abide by the Bliss Tranquility Safeguarding Policy, Terms & Conditions and has a good understanding of the content.
All Bliss Tranquility Terms & Conditions apply to all members/clients/participants over and under the age of 18yrs who attend any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts including but not limited to ‘in-person’, ‘online’, Internet streaming services, Internet downloads, online meetings, apps, podcasts, internet video channels, digital television, radio, DVDs, CDs, and/or any other services, etc., provided by Bliss Tranquility.
Where members/clients/participants aged under 18yrs take part/participate in any ‘in-person’ and/or ‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts or take part/participate and/or attend via any other form of service provided by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and/or associates, including but not limited to Internet streaming services, Internet downloads, online meetings, apps, podcasts, internet video channels, digital television, radio, DVDs, and CDs, of Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts provided by Bliss Tranquility, then their parent(s)/guardian(s) who is/are 18yrs or above agree to assume all risk.
All members/clients/participants of Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Event/Experiences/Concerts are required to complete a Membership Registration/e-Booking/Booking Form and/or a Health Questionnaire for activities including but not limited to Yoga, Breath-Work, Energy-Work, Soundbaths, Music, Dance, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Activities, etc., in line with safe practice, for Public Liability Insurance and to meet requirements of regulatory bodies that the creator/founder of Bliss Tranquility is a member of i.e. The British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance. There are areas on the BWY Health Questionnaire to ‘opt-out’ of sharing personal information, please ask for more details, sight of the BWY Health Questionnaire. Some activities will not require a Health Questionnaire to be completed, i.e. attending a Bliss Tranquility Concert.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder has Full Public Liability Insurance.

Original Content:

All Bliss Tranquility ‘Original Content’ i.e. all/any ‘Original Content’ that has been created by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder including but not limited to, ‘Original Content’ provided for ‘in-person’ and/or ‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, music, audio/visual recordings, training, books, etc., is owned by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and protected by copyright law. Any Third Party’s ‘Original Content’ will be made known by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and will be protected by it’s own creator’s copyright.
Any person(s)/accompanying person(s), and/or members/clients/participants, etc., that attend any ‘in-person’ and/or ‘online’ Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, etc., agrees not to copy, teach, emulate, replicate, reproduce, record, film, photograph, share, upload to the Internet or Social Media, broadcast with, perform with or circulate Bliss Tranquility ‘Original Content’ to anyone or use any of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator’s/founder’s, ‘Original Content’ ideas, techniques or resources provided in any way by themselves as their own creation, content or teachings at any other workshop, in lessons, classes, sessions, courses, or at any other event, etc., either in-person, online, via Social Media or Internet, TV, Radio or in any other capacity being supplied to other groups or individuals.
All Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator’s/founder’s ‘Original Content’ including but not limited to, content for any Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, etc., any tuition and facilitator content, resources, e-books, music, guided breath-work/relaxation and/or meditation practices, energy-work, books, all merchandise, etc., is provided for personal use only.

Fees:

All fees and payment options for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts will be made available with all/any Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert information on the Bliss Tranquility website, flyers, leaflets etc., and is updated as Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts expire, are replaced, new offers are promoted, etc.
All Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts may be paid for by debit/credit card and/or by bank transfer to Bliss Tranquility, as either a single payment fee for the purchase of a specified single Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert or in accordance with the ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment fee for the purchase of one/multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
A single payment fee for the purchase of a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is either paid in advance of the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to secure a place/the booking i.e. where spaces may be limited, for a retreat, etc., or is paid on arrival/on the day the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert takes place.
A single payment fee for the purchase of a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is non-transferrable and non-refundable unless there are extremely unusual or exceptional circumstances and always only at the discretion of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder.
A ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment fee is made in advance for the purchase of one/multiple ‘pass/passes’ for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, giving members/clients/participants access to attend all the relevant Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts included within that ‘pass/multi-pass’ and it’s given period, i.e. a ‘pass/multi-pass’ period may run for 31 Days.
A ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment fee made in advance for the purchase of one/multiple ‘pass/passes’ for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts is non-transferrable and non-refundable unless there are extremely unusual or exceptional circumstances and always only at the discretion of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder.
All/any ‘passes’ included within a purchased Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts ‘pass/multi-pass’, are available to use until the purchased ‘pass/multi-pass’ given period expires.
All/any Bliss Tranquility ‘pass/multi-pass’ purchases end on the specified expiry date, the ‘pass/multi-pass’ given period/expiry date will not be extended and no ‘passes’ for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts purchased using a ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment fee will be carried over after the ‘pass/multi-pass’ expiry date, unless there are extremely unusual or exceptional circumstances and always only at the discretion of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and agreed in writing with Bliss Tranquility.
All direct invoices to clients (for group bookings, corporate, business, etc.,) and/or to 1:1 individual members/clients/participants for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are due for payment upon presentation unless prior arrangement and may be paid by debit/credit card or by online bank transfer. A late payment fee of £15 may be incurred after 14 days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given for any single payment and/or ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment purchases for any missed and/or unattended Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts.
Refunds are not given at any time for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts that are fully attended/completed unless there are extremely unusual or exceptional circumstances (see Force Majeure) and always only at the discretion of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder. This is due to the booking process providing information on the subject/content of all Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts to the members/clients/participants.
All/any single payment purchases for a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given before the date when the specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is due to take place/begin. Bliss Tranquility will either arrange for a credit to the value of the cancelled specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to be applied/transferred to a future specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert equal to the value of/like-for-like of the original purchase or for a refund of 75% of the original single payment/purchase fee to the member/client/participant, as a 25% administration cancellation fee will be applied by Bliss Tranquility. Cancellations made within 72 hours of a specified Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert taking place/beginning will be charged in full.
All/any ‘pass/multi-pass’ purchases that have been made in advance for either one and/or multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are subject 72-hour cancellation policy for the whole ‘pass/multi-pass’. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given before the date of the first individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is due to take place/begin within the given period of that ‘pass/multi-pass’. Bliss Tranquility will either arrange for a credit equal to the whole value of the cancelled ‘pass/multi-pass’ to be applied to/transferred to a future ‘pass/multi-pass’ of Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts equal to the value of/like-for-like of the original purchase or for a refund of 75% of the original ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment/purchase fee to the member/client/participant, as a 25% administration cancellation fee will be applied by Bliss Tranquility. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the first individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert within the given period of that ‘pass/multi-pass’ being due to take place/begin will be charged in full.
Any/all individual ‘passes’ within/forming part of a purchased ‘pass/multi-pass’ for one/multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given before the date/time within the ‘pass/multi-pass’ given period, that any individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert is due to take place/begin. Then Bliss Tranquility may arrange for a credit to the value of the cancelled individual Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to be applied/transferred to a future Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert. Cancellations made within 24 hours of any individual ‘pass/multi-pass’ Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert taking place/beginning will be charged in full.
All/any ‘pass/multi-pass’ purchases for Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts are often offered at reduced fees for members/clients/participants therefore refunds/partial refunds of any kind cannot be given for all/any cancellations of individual ‘passes’ for Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert within all/any ‘pass/multi-pass’ given periods.
All Bliss Tranquility ‘pass/multi-pass’ expiry dates must be observed. Variations of ‘pass/multi-pass’ units and their given periods to point of expiration are available to purchase including one pass, four passes, eight passes, etc., and the ‘pass/multi-pass’ payment fee option is offered for ‘value for money’ and to ensure flexibility for members/clients/participants.
Repeat, multiple cancellations of individual ‘passes’ within any given period of a purchased ‘pass/multi-pass’ for one/multiple Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, and/or repeatedly requesting to transfer ‘credit’ of a ‘pass’ and/or ‘passes’ to future dates taking a ‘pass/multi-pass’ purchase beyond the end of it’s ‘pass/multi-pass’ given period, i.e. repeatedly buying ‘pass/multi-passes’ at reduced rates and making regular cancellations thereby extending the ‘pass/multi-pass’ given period beyond the expiry date may result in failure to receive a credit being applied and/or the value of a ‘pass’ being transferred to a future Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert.

Recordings, Copyright Law:

Any person(s)/accompanying person(s) and/or members/clients/participants taking part/participating in any Bliss Tranquility Session/ Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert may not record audio, record video footage/film, and/or take photos, with any device, camera, mobile phone, etc., of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator’s/founder’s performances, presentations, teaching, Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences, ‘Original Content’ etc., to use in ways including but not limited to; keeping for personal use, to edit, remix, re-produce, copy, share, upload to the internet and/or social media accounts, and/or to re-sell any part or whole of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator’s/founder’s performances, presentations, teaching, Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences, ‘Original Content’ etc., without prior written consent from Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder within a Booking Confirmation and/or as a written agreement/arrangement made between the members/clients/participants and Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder.
Where an agreement/arrangement between Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and any members/clients/participants is in place with permission for any members/clients/participants to record audio and/or visual content of any part of a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert it will be detailed within a Booking Confirmation and/or a written agreement/arrangement where a breakdown of additional fees and the permitted uses for this recorded content relating to UK Copyright Law will be included.
Should any members/clients/participants request to live-stream any part of a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/ Experience/Concert including but not limited to a performance, presentation, teaching, Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert, ‘Original Content’, etc., by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder, from the members/clients/participants venue, then a written agreement/arrangement made between the members/clients/participants and Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder will be detailed within a Booking Confirmation and/or a written agreement/arrangement for either an additional fee to Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder for the live-stream or an additional percentage share of ticket sales for the live-stream over an above the fees to Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder for the Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/ Experiences/Concerts.

Privacy Policy:

Bliss Tranquility is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of visitors to this website, to our members/those who register for membership and to our clients.
Data protection is taken very seriously at Bliss Tranquility and this Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data is collected from you, is provided by you and how Bliss Tranquility will process it.

Information Provided By You:

This will be the information gathered when you complete a form for membership on the website, www.blisstranquility.com make a booking and/or when you correspond directly with Bliss Tranquility via phone, email, text or other means.
When joining as member, making bookings or buying merchandise other information like a postal address may be required.

How The Information Provided Will Be Used:

This information will only be used to administer and provide Bliss Tranquility services i.e. information, updates and details of your membership and/or client booking(s).
At times Bliss Tranquility may contact members/clients and/or past members/clients regarding offers and discounts and to notify of important changes and updates to services.
All reasonable technical and administrative precautions are taken to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of all personal information.
All personal data is held and used, once it is collected or provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the subsequent legislation the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
Bliss Tranquility will not share your personal information with any third party expect under the following exceptional circumstances:

If required by law to share your data.
We have your explicit consent to pass data to a named third party.

Payments:

Bliss Tranquility does not store, hold or keep any financial information about Bliss Tranquility members and/or clients on the website, or on computers, hard drives, etc.
Third party providers i.e. Stripe carry out all financial transactions including payments for membership/client bookings for Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts and/or merchandise. At the checkout you will leave the Bliss Tranquility website and your transaction will take place on the Stripe website. Where appropriate you will receive an invoice to make an online banking transfer to Bliss Tranquility, or you may be invited to use the ‘SumUp’ card reader.

Your Rights:

At any time you may instruct Bliss Tranquility to provide you with a copy of any personal data/information held.
At any time you may instruct Bliss Tranquility to correct or delete your information.
At any time you can request to be removed from any marketing emails or newsletters.
When data processing is based on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time via email.
If you feel your privacy rights have been infringed you may at any time complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Publicity:

Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder will sometimes take a selection of photographs and/or video at Bliss Tranquility Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts that will include images of it’s members/clients/participants attending/during Sessions/Classes/Courses/Events/Experiences/Concerts, for publicity material to use on the Bliss Tranquility website and for use on the Bliss Tranquility and/or Bliss Tranquility Yoga Social Media pages. All Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants can choose to give ‘Publicity Consent’ to Bliss Tranquility for themselves and/or those in their care i.e. a parent/guardian may give their own consent and consent for their child under 18yrs. ‘Publicity Consent’ allows Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants to be included in any photograph(s)/video(s) that may be used for publicity purposes i.e. being part of Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert publicity on the Bliss Tranquility website and/or in general Bliss Tranquility/Bliss Tranquility Yoga Social Media pages and/or advertising.
Bliss Tranquility members/clients/participants are under no obligation to agree to being included in any Bliss Tranquility/Bliss Tranquility Yoga photography/video/publicity and can choose to ‘Opt-Out’ of ‘Publicity Consent’.

Force Majeure, Miscellaneous Provisions:

Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and/or associates shall not be liable to perform their obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm hurricane or other natural disaster), war, terrorist activities, death, illness or other incapacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, accident, civil commotion, order of Government or Local Authority in the matter or changes in law.
Should Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and/or any Bliss Tranquility associates not provide any/a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert including but not limited to content of yoga, music, dance, meditation, mindfulness and/or energy and wellbeing, due to personal illness or bereavement, notice will be given and a replacement Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert will be offered for any Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert. Where no replacement is available in these circumstances a full refund or a rescheduled date for the missed Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert will be offered.
On some occasions due to Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert scheduling, personal illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances a replacement facilitator(s) may be required/may be provided by Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder at their discretion to allow a Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert to take place with least disruption to members/clients/participants and to avoid cancellation of services. A replacement facilitator(s) will be a known associate of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder.
Where a replacement facilitator(s) i.e., an associate, is required and/or represents Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder at any given Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert, the replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) will be made aware of potential health limitations within a group of members/clients/participants without Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder disclosing the personal data of any one individual taking part in the Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert, i.e., a Yoga Class offered may be catering for members/clients/participants with stiff joints within a class. This general information is for the provision of modifications being made available and maintains safe practice for activities including but not limited to Yoga, Breath-Work, Energy-Work, Soundbaths, Music, Dance, Relaxation, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Activities, etc., within the Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert. However Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder reserve the right to engage a replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) who may wish to carry out their own health checks both at the recommendation of Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and as per their own health/safety policy and in line with requirements of their own public liability insurers so the replacement facilitator(s)/associate(s) may therefore require that the members/clients/participants of the Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert complete another/their own Health Questionnaire.

Feedback, Resolving Issues:

To share positive feedback regarding Bliss Tranquility Sessions, Classes, Courses, Events, Experiences, Concerts membership, the website, etc., please email so there is potential to offer more of what Bliss Tranquility does best!
Should member/client/participant experience with Bliss Tranquility not meet expectation or provide 100% satisfaction, if there are any issues to highlight or a member/client/participant feels something could be improved upon, please contact Bliss Tranquility in writing via email.
All feedback and/or any issues to highlight should be sent to info@blisstranquility.com and the ‘Subject Box’ should read either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’.
All emails for either ‘Feedback’ or for a ‘Complaint’ will receive a response acknowledging the communication.
For matters of complaint that need investigation a reference number will be issued and a 14-day period will provide opportunity to follow a Complaints Procedure and the member/client/participant will be kept informed at all times during the handling of their complaint.
Bliss Tranquility values all types of feedback and is committed to resolving any issues swiftly, fairly, and efficiently.

Interactions & Ethos:

All members/clients/participants taking part in a Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert agree to behave in manner that is courteous, polite and with respect to all other members/clients/participants, to the creator/founder of Bliss Tranquility and/or their associates.
All members/clients/participants agree to follow guidance especially regarding Health & Safety during any Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder and/or any associates will not tolerate verbally or physical abusive behaviour, inappropriate behaviour of any kind including but not limited to; rudeness or any other disruptive behaviour at any Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert and reserve the right to refuse entry with no refund, to immediately bring to an end, and/or request any negative disruptive individuals taking part leave the Bliss Tranquility Session/Class/Course/Event/Experience/Concert.
Bliss Tranquility/it’s creator/founder strives to create a welcoming, friendly, positive, and professional ethos; and therefore reserve the right to exclude members/clients/participants whose behaviour/attitude is disruptive or inappropriate. However it is hoped that this will never be necessary.

When registering for membership or making a booking you agree to all Bliss Tranquility Terms & Conditions.
